DX/SWL/MEDIA PROGRAMS updated May 16: http://www.worldofradio.com/dxpgms.html ** ANTARCTICA. 15475.98-RCUSB, Sat May 15 at 1442 tune-in via Brasília #2 KiwiSDR, LRA36 is underway, only S1-S4 but noise level is low enough that it`s partially readable; talking about a birthday; 1445 music; 1501 ID, this-day-in-Argentine-history mentioning events in 1994, 1904, 1909, etc., W&M alternating items. 1506 contact info, song; 1511 ``Nacional Antártida Argentina, en todo el país, la radio pública``, one of several canned IDs. Then mostly alternating songs and IDs. 1514 as LRA36, 1518, 1522. 1523 says this will repeat Saturday at 11 horas [= 14 UT], and be back next Wednesday; Antártida song stops at 1527, and no more modulation; but switching to 15475.00-USB I can tell the reduced carrier stays on past 1549 when I quit, but gone at recheck 1621. (I didn`t check on Wed May 12) (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** ANTARCTICA. 15475.98-RCUSB, Wed May 19 at 1513 tune-in via Pardinho, Brasil KiwiSDR, LRA36 amid historical talk about events in 1911, 1812, colores; S5-S7; ``Nacional, la Radio Pública ---`` ID, efemérides; 1516 songs; 1526 LRA36 ID; 1530 ``Nacional, Antártida Argentina``, songs. 1535 sign-off, repeats Saturday and back next Wednesday; 1536 Antártida themesong. 1539 immediately ``sign-on`` of same? show, in Spanish, German, English, Russian. Explains derivation of Antártida from original Greek, Anta. song, 1545 brief weather conditions, this is program #19, 1550 mostly music until 1601* chopped off air abruptly during tune. This time I did not try to detect whether reduced carrier linger (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** AUSTRALIA. 11825, May 14 at 1427, strong open carrier; 1429 music sounds like Firedrake and off*. But must be Reach Beyond at end of Burmese semihour; no reason for ChiCom jamming (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CHINA. 11775, May 13 at 1405, CNR1 jammer atop a second carrier. Aoki shows target Sound of Hope, Taiwan during very long hours. And still lists Caribbean Beacon, Anguilla on 11775, which has been gone for years! (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CHINA. 12820, May 17 at 1439 JBA in Chinese? A Sound of Hope frequency *jammed by CNR1 -- with Korea North so strong on 11710, I`m seeking these above & below 11 and 13 MHz where many are listed and used to be rampant, but this is the only one now (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CHINA [non]. 15700, May 14 at 1515, CRI Plus English relay via CUBA is still missing as it has been since at least May 4. About to conclude it canceled. Not on 11880 either. How about all the others? Not noticed any missing, but not checked thoroly. 9580 heard. Latest HFCC shows La Habana relays thru the rest of A-21: 00-01 5990 & 15120 Spanish; 01-02 9580 English; 02-03 9580 Chinese; 03-04 9790 English; 04-05 9790 Yue = Cantonese; 12-13 9570 Yue; 15-16 11880 English [! not 15700 which started A-21]; 23-24 5990 English; 23-24 13650 Portuguese [Music fill only] (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CHINA [non]. 15700 & 11880, May 15 at 1525 check, CRI Plus English relay via CUBA is still missing (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6000, May 13 at 0036, RHC English is S9/+10 of dead air, or maybe a trace of JBM? But 6165 is OK. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6000 & 6165, May 13 at 0558, these RHC English are on but 6060 & 6100 are off; and 5040 is in Spanish. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6100, May 14 at 0620, RHC English check: this one is S9+20 of dead air; 6000 & 5040 off; 6060 S7-S9 JBM or OCDA; only 6165 is VG S9+10/20. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 13700, May 14 at 1421, RHC Spanish only S8-S9 and undermodulated, nor any spurblobs audible. These were last detected weakly on April 25 & 27. Fixed? There have been dry spells before but eventually resuming. 13740 also on now at S6-S8 but JBM. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 13670 & 13810, May 15 at 2152, JBA telltale spurblobs plus and minus 70 kHz from RHC 13740 on air now at S9+10/20. No program modulation or F# tones but no doubt. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6165 & 6060, May 16 at 0603, RHC English sufficiently good on both and no buzz, while 6100 & 6000 are off, and 5040 in Spanish. Looks like the insomniac Esperantists are going to be out of luck, frequenciless at 0700 on 6100 when I am never awake to check. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 13770, May 16 at 1356, the blob is back! Extremely distorted RHC Spanish with F# tone, matched on 13629; also JBA circa 13558 and 13841, i.e. about 70.5 kHz intervals from 13700-AM. Recheck at 1410 the spurs are gone, must have tweaked something as 13700 is still on while 13740, unrelated to these, has departed. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6100, May 17 at 0515, this RHC is off in English; remaining on 6000 & 6165 which are OK, 6060 a bit rough but not humbuzzy; and 5040 in Spanish. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 9700, May 18 at 0219, RHC Spanish here ex-9710, // weaker 9535 and many more of various less weaks: 6060, 13740, 11670, 11850, 5040. That takes care of the collision with CRI to Latin America at 00-03 via Kashgar, land of ChiCom genocide against Uyghurs and other Moslems. Could RHC have got around to reading my previous advisories? Now the collision should be with Romania in Spanish for only one hour, this one at 02-03; but no sign of it now. May be one of the temporarily? silent transmitters misleading RHC into a supposed opening. We shall hear. Span of 9710 was allegedly 21-05 & 11-15, so if same on 9700, another Rospania clash would be 23-24. There is no reason for same change to be made both morning and evening, but I shan`t be surprised if RHC matutina also lose a dekaHz to 9700 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6060, May 18 at 0636, this RHC English is humbuzzy again, while 6165 & 6100 are both on and OK; 6000 & 5040 both off. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 9700, May 18 at 1426, RHC Spanish ex-9710, just as it was for the tarde transmission earlier UT May 18. BUT: 9710, May 18 at 2155 back here after last evening and this morning on 9700 instead; so a one-day test, mistake, or what? Both have collision problems during their long spans as I already explained. It will be recalled that for a few weeks, 9700 was employed for evening English instead of 6145 or 6165. RHC really *should* keep one 31mb frequency for that, especially in summer, instead of putting all their English eggs in the noisy 49-59m basket. Reasonable frequency diversity is always a good idea for best coverage. Wait a minute: what if the Commies take my advice? Never mind. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 13610 & 13677 very approx., wideband FM spurblobs not from 13700 in the mornings, but now at 2152 May 18, from 13740-AM in the evening, the only RHC fundamental on band. Also telltale F# tone; also a trace circa 13811. But all gone at 2227 since 13740 has been turned off tho still scheduled. 13670 & 13810 spurs out of 13740-AM, all back on May 19 at 0033. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6145 & 6165, May 19 at 0052 and still 0142, no RHC English on either, just 6000 which is S9+10/20 but undermodulated, vs storm noise. It does not help that main announcer Lina Valverde has such a thin, non-announcer voice. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6060, May 19 at 0615, RHC English is S9+20/30 of big humbuzz only, no program modulation. 6100 is also dead air of S9+10/20 and light humbuzz at same pitch; then bits of modulation cutting on and off, and the same on 6060 before gone again. Wiggle that patchcord. All these are off now: 6165, 6145, 6000, 5040. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA [and non]. 6030, May 16 at 2342, unusually quiet frequency, except for storm noise, no Martí and no jamming despite not starting until *0000. HFCC shows until 0400*, plus one more hour on Day 2 = Monday after which jamming continues against nothing, not even CFVP Calgary, which needs some minor repairs but not without turning off AM 1060 CKMX which they don`t want to do (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** GREECE. 9420, May 13 at 0034, VOG talk seems not distorted now tho on P-F S6-S9 signal (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** KOREA NORTH. 11710, May 17 at 1440, sweet music from the workers` paradise, during VOK French hour to N America, S9-S7 and // 9435 is S5-S6; but 13760.2 is a JBA carrier (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** MALI. 5995, May 19 at 0613, no signal from ORTM; I don`t often bother to log it while it`s there every night; propagation OK with 7254.9 Nigeria (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** MALI. 13685, May 13 at 1357, S9-S8 open carrier, off briefly at 1358, 1400 music opening CRI in English; with long path echo from Bamako II. Was sked from 1300 French, 1400-1600 English (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NORTH AMERICA. 6974.914-AM, May 13 at 0045, S6-S7 of weak music, undermodulated, CODAR QRM. Presumably Nowhere Radio again on signature off-frequency. Two more tentative logs: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,81538.0.html (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NORTH AMERICA. 6930-USB, May 13 at 0041, pirate music at S5-S7, 0059 maybe announcement over music, still 0106+. Much louder signal than the 6974.914-AM station tho metering about the same. Several more logs as unID: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,81539.0.html (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NORTH AMERICA. 6865-USB, May 16 at 0049, pirate music at S9 vs storm noise; 0053 crossfade to anther tune; 0053 YL talx over mx, ``Thank you for listening to Mix Radio`` - not International, 0056 record offer like a commercial; 0125 still going. Many more logs here, a few matching my details: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,81684.0.html (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NORTH AMERICA. 6960-AM, May 16 at 0050, Petula Clark, ``Don`t Sleep on the Subway``, S9+10; 0059 ``Wolverine Radio``. Many more logs here headed 6960-USB but certainly AM for me: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,81684.0.html No one contradicted USB, tho some admired the audio. Theme was various modes of transportation. Off at my 0125 check. Had ended at 0109 with SSTV; three images posted, one of them sharp, of a Model T traffic jam (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NORTH AMERICA. 11910, Sunday May 16 at 1731, JBA carrier direct tnx to Rick Barton tip at 1728 on WOR iog that YHWH is on NOW on 11910. Then I check the Phoenix/Surprise AZ KiwiSDR near him, but also JBA carrier. Then to Corinne, northern Utah, where reception is good! S8-S9 but occasional deep slow fades, carrier offset -10 to -11 Hz, and near 100% readable; at tune-in with `Days of Hard Life` theme so thought he was about to close, but instead opening. ``Josiah Elias`` introduces *tonight`s* lexure, at 1740 ``Christianity - Greatest Hoax Ever``. He`s *so* sure of himself, replacing one source of irrationality with another. 1803 ID again and subtitle, continues about conventional Bible being ``phony`` by the ``Christianity cult``. Pronounced ``yah-ha-VAY``. Still going at 1816 when I break for lunch of gumbo with extra okra; still on at 1836, but off by next check 1859 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** OKLAHOMA. RF 17, K17JN-D, Enid`s only local TV transmitter, but without any local content whatsoever, the 3ABN and subnetworks translator, also virtual 17, as of UT May 15 is off the air and has been for three or four days, I meant to mention earlier. Not that I ever would watch it and I daresay most Enidians are unaware of it, or if they are, don`t know it`s our very own TV station. Before that it had been operating without any apparent problems (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR) ** OKLAHOMA. RF 17, K17JN-D, the 3ABN translator in Enid missing for a few days, is born again the afternoon of May 15, as before the usual five channels, one of which is silent with an ``unsupported audio codec``. Strangely, Suddenlink must not carry this local signal basically, altho 3ABN is on a higher tier, probably off the bird (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** OKLAHOMA. RF 24 OKC, KOKH on 25-2 with CHA/RGE! channel, May 15 at 1627 UT, exhibits strange closed captioning, white on green background and flashing. I did nothing to provoke this on my Sanyo screen; but other channels such as 25-3 are ``normal``, white on black background and not flashing. Something peculiar to CHA/RGE? I never watch it for any length of time and never seen anything like this on any channel before. CHA/RGE! is also on cable 139 where checked later at 1910 the captioning is normal. Then rechecking RF 24 off the air again, green/on/white flashing (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR) ** OKLAHOMA. RF 13, KETA ``13-1`` OKC, our OETA/PBS station dumps off the air about 2305 UT May 15 during `Oklahoma News Report`. It`s gone both from air and from cable: must be serious. Storming is predicted for the next several days, but none at the moment over OKC to explain this. Fortunately there`s another repeat Sunday at 1830-1930 UT if back by then. I could have watched OETA live video online, which is still funxioning, also for PBS News [semi]Hour Weekend-Saturday at 2330. It`s also available ondemand from PBS but not put up immediately, so after 0000 May 16 I stream instead last Sunday`s edition of May 9, https://www.pbs.org/video/may-9-2021-pbs-newshour-weekend-full-episode-1620598892/ which I usually miss since OETA refuses to air it: no news on Sunday! I`m not sure I ever convinced OETA that there are *two different* Weekend shows. This allows sped-up playback too, as much as 2X; I find 1.5X about right, still quite understandable and timesaving. Voices are condensed but pitch is not sesquied; and it seems theme music stays normal. Later I`ll get the May 15 edition. Later2, still not posted by 0400. These expire after one month. I`m busy with other audioviewing until 0300 UT May 16 when I find OETA restored on air and cable (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR) ** SOUTH CAROLINA [non]. 9955, Fri May 14 at 1427, world music fill on WRMI-3, only at 1430 JIP TOMBS // 9980 WWCR etc. Skedgrid claims TOMBS start at 1400 M-F. JIP = join in progress (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** SPAIN. 17855, May 14 at 2158, no signal from REE to N America just before token English on Friday. Who knows whether it`s even on the air or not, as propagation conditions have been very depressed. 15520 & 11940 are JBA carriers. The trouble with such a bold high frequency is that on a good day it can work, but is very subject to exceeding the MUF when conditions decline (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** SPAIN. 17855, May 19 at 0143, REE to N America is still propagating midnightly, natch OSOB, S9-S7 and also until 0200 sign-off, 0201-0205* needless prolongation of earworm IS but SOP for REE at closings. Only // 11940 for S America does the same and is better at S9/+20. As non-useful as it may be for best listening, sticking to 17855 may be taken at least as an interesting propagational experiment for the summer A-21 season (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** SPAIN. 17855, Wed May 19 at 2215, token English from REE is VG into VA SDR going from Hallelujah Chorus to a Basque accordionist laced with anti-war comments in English, et al. Then a Piazzola tango at 2225. With such VG signals it`s fun to listen in SAS mode, i.e. synchro artificial stereo --- except the SAM+ modes on all the Kiwis I`ve tried are marred by clix every few sex (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** TURKEY. 9830, May 14 at 2308, VOT is still on the air after poorly audible English hour, now in German, because the sleepyrators at Emirler, where something is always erroneous, failed to turn off the transmitter, and German is next on the program feedline, maybe also satcast and webcast. Surely it will cut off sometime during this hour? NO! 9830, now checking via UTwente, a VG signal May 15 at 0015, now in Brazuguese, YL talking from home judging by lo-fi audio, about the Palestine situation, how it relate to Turkey; and still/again doing so rechecked at 0054! But off the air by 0059 check. I expect the Brazilians would appreciate a deliberate rather than accidental broadcast for them. Otherwise there is *no* Portuguese scheduled at any time from VOT on SW (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** TURKEY. 9830, Sat May 15 at 2248, VOT is already in IS after English, VG via UTwente, S9+25/35, much better than direct to this target. Keeps going instead of closing down, and at 2258.3 starts interspersing GERMAN IDs about twice a minute. Timesignal ends at 2300:04 but including internet delay, and opening German which he says this hour will include `Briefkasten`, the reactivated mailbag repeat; 2300.8 into Nachrichten news rather than satellite parameters. But chopped off the air at 2304*, so the sloppyrators at Emirler, where something is always erroneous, are not so sleepy tonight. And the Brazilians are out of luck for accidental Portuguese an hour later. BTW, to time the timesignal I found CHU readable on 7850 while WWV on 5 and 10 was not, into ATS-909 rx beside noisy TVs and computer (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** TURKEY. 9830, May 16 at 2200, VOT sounds on but JBA (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** TURKEY. 9830, May 18 at 2158 & still 2226 recheck, no signal from VOT English to N America tho no RTTY either (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** TURKEY. 9830, May 19 at 2214, VOT English is on today with music at quick check via VA SDR (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 28244-CW, May 13 at 1808, looking for 10m beacons tnx to HF sporadic E, find only one and JBA, WA6APQ, which is 30 watts from a vertical in Long Beach CA. It was on the verge of inaudibility, and could copy only fragments, some letters of which may be incorrect: E E E DE WA6APQ LO CH CA It kept fading at the last letter which I thought was G, but this call in -Q matches the listing as I missed one dah. I assume the others were part of LONG BEACH. There was a little more non-beacon activity: a phone QSO on 28380-USB at 1807; and at 1818 on 28400-USB KB5RJ# in Albuquerque? with a K9; two stations often talking over each other. Confirmed Sat May 15 at 1300 on WRMI 15770, but VP here as I was unfortunately awake. Also confirmed Sat May 15 from 1943.5 on WA0RCR, 1860-AM, VG via nearby KB0FX remote. Also confirmed Sat May 15 at 2030 on IRRS via Italia-AM, 918 kHz, VG S9+25 via nearby Noale remote. This airing was temporary substitute fot 1801 UT Sat, which should resume next week along with SW 7290; which was confirmed today carrying something else. Missed checking the WA0RCR repeat until 0400 May 16, presumably aired closer to 0315-0345. NOT confirmed, Sun May 16 at 2200 on Area 51/61 via WBCQ 6159.9 because it`s OFF the air as are the other two WBCQs: 7489.9+, no UBMP; and 9330.00, no wacko flat-earthers. Also no trace of them at Virginia SDR. Blitzortung shows a small storm right around Monticello into NB, but no recent or current lightning strixe. Must have closed down as precaution, but streaming of WOR and UBMP is still working, where I would listen anyway. Still off SW at 2249, but by 2257, 9330 and 7490 are back on; a JBA carrier on 6160: that would be Iran in Arabic from 2250: another reason for WBCQ to get off 6160 permanently, like shift to 6155 as I keep proposing. By 2318, 6160- is on with music at S9/+10, carrier offset minus 108 Hz = 6158.892 kHz. WOR 2086 confirmed Sun May 16 at 2300 on WRMI 7780, S9+10/15 into Virginia. Still refuses to get away from Cuba as I keep pointing out 6155 is available (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. (7489.9+), UT Sat May 15 from 0000, WBCQ monitored only on webcast for `AAAWWW`. Usual opening amenities including fiddling with mikes, gushing over Angela`s beauty; first mostly discussion of COVID, vaccinations, etc., with Angela`s usual heated denunciations even tho she has been shot; people wearing masks freak her out since she can`t stand to have anything on her own face, even makeup. At 0019 he says 6160 is down so they are on 7490 only now. I don`t even try to hear them on SW, but if I did, 6160 would have been splashed by 6165 Cuba like previous nights. From Florida studio. At 0020 about how he repaired WWII-era equipment for radio surveillance 40-4000 MHz, and all the stuff that can be heard above 1 GHz. But says he is ``the dumbest`` as he has to tell an antenna story: There is a 45-foot vertical master receiving antenna used to monitor WBCQ from ME and anything else. Last year he knocked it with a pickup, but got it back into position with a ratchet strap and a steel hook. Strangely, reception has been unusually weak for six months; what could it be? He just realized the hook was positioned so that it grounded the antenna! Lesson: look for the simplest explanation first rather than over-thinking it as an engineer, to which Angela heartily agrees. By 0030 they are decrying computerization of cars, which will be knocked out by EMP; instead restore pre-1970 cars with no computers, all mechanical operation. This is a thing now, plus people with money to burn building bunkers. Power sources? Need to use all possible methods from fossil fuels to clean energy to nuclear fusion. At 0044 finally datestamp as 14 of May YOOL 2021. Angela suggests making videos for YouTube of Allan working on equipment, and he thinks it`s a good idea. Plugs Fair Radio Sales, which still exists, as valuable source of ancient radio parts. News item: WFAS 1230 in White Plains near Yonkers will be going all-digital on May 24, a Come-you-luss station. Beginning of end for AM radio? In his youth, WFAS was the station with school-closings info. John Carver`s version: ``Tonight's show started on time on 7490, no signal on 6160. Allan and Angela in the studio. Opening talk about the vaccine. Angela is railing against the vaccine even though Allan talked her into taking the shots. Allan announces at 0014 that the 6160 transmitter is down. Then some talk about Allan's forty-five foot vertical antenna as his house and the problems he's had with it and how he fixed it. Then some talk about various forms of energy and how the country should handle it. Allan also mentioned that Angela would be filming him repair some old equipment and posting it on YouTube. A plug for Fair Radio Sales and then into reading of emails at 0056. Closing prayer at 0059 and program off at 0100. Dead Brother Scare. S9+40 since it`s the NW/315 degree antenna aimed right at us across mid-America. By April 6, it had vanished shortly after his QRT April 3, in reduxion of total Overkill hours? Or was it tech problem? 7570 had however stayed on the WRMI sked fortuitously dated April 2 and still so tho certainly modified since then, if not totally uptodate: WRMI-11 7570: at 00-11 TOMBS, 11-14 SMTV, 14-16 Sat only additional TOMBS. I never got around to checking what became of those SMTV hours: was she still on 7570, or elsefrequencied? (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 5800, May 18 at 0638, S9+10/20 of open carrier, surely WRMI-10. Misprogrammed automation or test for some reason? Last time I caught same way after-hours was April 6, also a Tuesday, no coincidence? (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 4840, May 13 at 0601, this WWCR is S9/+10 of dead air; 3215 is OK; 5890 is JBA in disturbed propagation (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 15618.2, May 14 at 2008, spur carrier with trace of modulation, from WEWN 15610, thanks to HF sporadic E boost to S9 way above its normal JBA level. There might be match on the low side, 15601.8, but not exactly, rather a weak amorphous blob. Also a suspicious JBA carrier at 15532.1 but doesn`t compute as related. I expect the plus/minus 8.2 kHz spurs are always there but normally inaudible here due to weakness of fundamental. BTW, contrary to some sporadic E also showing up on CB, the rest of the SW range above 9 MHz is virtually vacant in depressed F2 propagation conditions (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 5085, May 15 at 2157, since it`s Saturday with ham stuff, WTWW-2 is on already and detectable but VP in noise level despite S9/+10. A week ago per other monitoring, they tried 9930 instead which should work much better in the daytime except in the skip zone. By 2321, 5085 has become VG and 9930 is still off. 5085, UT Sun May 16 at 0025, now `Theater Organ Under the Arch` is already running, but too distorted on SW; I check again the TX2 live stream, and finally it`s not blocked by BrowserGuard, so I listen in pristine $tereo: more George Wright recordings, or repeat. Was Bob Heil`s ``mentor, teacher, great friend``. Went on the Hammond stuff by other thorganists, some sounding pianic, ending with his own composition at 0040-0042.5, whence WTWW hurries to fulfill an alleged rock request on their automated system (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 5050, May 15 at 2321, WWRB weekend-only broadcast is on, songs, inoffensive enough tho presumably hymns if I could make out the lyrix, VG S9+10/20. Hmm, what would the wife of a brother be? Surely not a sister - that would be incestuous; sister-in-law?
