However, I checked back 19 minutes later at 1030 UTC and it was much stronger on 7830 kHz than before and stronger than it was earlier on 5714 kHz, so I'm not sure. The transmission source may be varying power levels and antenna target locations. I was no longer hearing it on 5714 kHz and 6830 kHz at 1030 UTC so I couldn't compare against those frequencies at that time.
